We don’t have a site wide return policy – each seller has their own return policy which is detailed in each individual product listing. Please refer to these for more information.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched please contact the Seller directly using the ‘Contact Seller’ button in the Seller’s Shop front.
If applicable, you will be refunded 3-5 working days after the Seller has received and accepted your return.
If your item arrives faulty, please contact the seller directly using the ‘Contact Seller’ button in the Seller’s shop front and arrange a refund or replacement item.

If you have a complaint about a product, contact the seller through the ‘Contact Seller’ button to try and resolve this with them directly. If you can’t come to a resolution, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to return your order, the seller will advise you how to do this. Most of our Sellers ask that you cover the return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
