Orders currently take 5-14 days to be dispatched.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If you receive an order and jewellery is faulty, we will investigate and replace. If your order breaks within one month we will replace/repair if appropriate, any longer than that and we will need to investigate then repair if the fault is with the design. If you would like to exchange your order you can make a request and we will do so only at our discretion. Earrings and personalised items cannot be exchanged or replaced, along with certain rings.
Orders will be dispatched within 7 -14 days, 7-21 days in busy periodsBusy periods constitute as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Fathers Day, and delivery can be up to three weeks.Personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.We do not take responsibility or exchange snapped cuffs and bangles due to being bent or forcefully removed. If an item is received faulty, we will exchange it within 7 days of receiving the item, providing it is returned unworn and in original packaging. We will exchange items for another piece within 21 days of purchase, providing they are in perfect condition and completely unworn. Personalised items and earrings are excluded from this.If an item breaks within two months of purchase, we will investigate and replace if appropriate. This excludes snapped cuffs/bangles as previously stated. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. All our personalised jewellery is hand stamped, therefore text will have varying depths and angles. This is the style of our jewellery and is not classed as a fault, so exchanges cannot be made based upon this. We advise you to not wear your jewellery whilst sleeping, swimming, showering, exercising or for excessive periods of time. We will not exchange an item because of wear and tear. We will not exchange an item due to selecting the wrong size, variation or colour.
How is my order going to be packaged?Your order will arrive gift wrapped in a recyclable box and your jewellery will come packaged in a small gift box with a small gift bag inside it. All of our packaging is recyclable and bio-degradable, and we encourage you to store your jewellery in the bag and box provided.You don't do my size in a ring/bracelet, are you able to make one specially?If your size is for some reason not listed on a product, please get in touch to see if we can add it for you. We are always happy to make a bespoke size for customers.How can I keep my jewellery from tarnishing?Silver naturally tarnishes over time. To avoid tarnishing, do not wear your jewellery in the shower, whilst swimming, exercising or sleeping. You can use a silver polishing cloth to help keep your jewellery shiny. Please refer to the care guide provide with each order.I'm buying jewellery as a gift and don't know their size, can I swap if I get the size wrong?If you buy a personalised piece then unfortunately there can be no swaps though in some circumstances the jewellery can be resized at a cost. For rings and bangles, re-sizing is £15. Please get in touch if you need to swap a gift for another size.
If well cared for, sterling silver will remain intact for years and years.
