The delivery options for each product are listed on the relevant product pages. Each product is sent to you directly by the small business that listed it. They choose their own delivery options based on the specifications of the product.
Our shops choose which delivery services to offer. If you require a different service to what is listed, for example, Tracked Express, Saturday or International delivery options, please contact the seller directly through the ‘Contact Seller’ button on the seller’s shop page.
Please note that if you have ordered a personalised, bespoke or made-to-order product these could take up to 28 days to make. Please check on the relevant product listing to be sure.
Always check the relevant product page for accurate delivery information. By purchasing an item, you agree to the stated delivery date. In the event of any change you’ll be notified of a revised delivery date by email.
Unless you’re having a product specially made, delivery is normally within three – five working days, and often much quicker however, each shop will include details of delivery times on the product page and you will get an email to let you know when your order has been despatched.

Standard Delivery Costs
Most standard orders to the UK are delivered for £3.75 or less, some are free. The delivery cost is based on the product’s size and weight.
If a product is delivered free of charge this is clearly displayed on the product listing.
